You have been conditionally admitted to the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. To be fully admitted into your graduate degree program, you must attend and successfully complete the summer English Preparation for Graduate Studies (EPGS) program. To comply with the terms of your admittance, you must agree to all of the following:

Meet with your assigned academic advisor in the Center for Advising & Career Services before the end of your summer program.

Successfully place into 300-level or above (graduate level) English for Academic & Professional Purposes (EAPP) courses.

Additional Information About EPGS:

EPGS is an intensive English program. Students are required to attend classes 23 hours per week and complete all homework assignments.

Students are required to pay the full cost of tuition, which is $4,500 for incoming Translation and Interpretation students; $4,300 for all other incoming graduate students. 

For Summer Language Scholarship recipients, the full cost of the EPGS program tuition is covered by the scholarship.
